At Hall & Sand Spiritual Foundation, each item is crafted with intention, care, and energy alignment. Because of the nature of our spiritual and handmade products, we honor a mindful return policy to ensure fairness and energetic integrity for all.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unused, unopened, and in its original condition

• Returned with original packaging and any included cards, pouches, or certificates

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Due to hygiene and energetic sensitivity, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom spiritual readings or digital downloads

• Jewelry or wearable items that have been worn

• Orgonite pyramids, pendants, or crystals that have been energetically activated or used

• Sale or clearance items

How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at hallandsandspiritualfoundation@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
Include your name, order number, and a brief reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a mailing address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
Please allow 5–7 business days after receipt for processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at hallandsandspiritualfoundation@gmail.com with clear photos and details. We’ll make it right—through replacement, exchange, or refund.

Energetic Integrity Notice

Every Hall & Sand creation is cleansed and charged prior to shipping. Returned spiritual items are respectfully decommissioned and cleansed before being resold or recycled.
