Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Each Hall & Sand creation is made and charged by hand.
Please allow time for both the making and the meaning.

  • Jewelry & Pyramids: 5–10 business days for creation before shipping

  • Custom or large pieces: up to 14 business days

  • Digital Readings: delivered by email within 3–5 business days

If your order includes both physical and digital items, they may be delivered separately.

Shipping Methods

We ship primarily through USPS with tracking on all orders.
Once your package leaves our hands, delivery times depend on the carrier.

Approximate transit times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 2–4 weeks, depending on customs

Rates

  • U.S. Flat Rate: $5

  • International Flat Rate: $12–$18, depending on region
    Shipping is calculated at checkout and includes packaging and handling.

Packaging

All items are wrapped with intention — copper-toned details, elemental symbols, and protective wrapping for safe arrival.
We reuse and recycle materials whenever possible to honor Earth’s resources.

Tracking & Delivery

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Hall & Sand Spiritual Foundation is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once a tracking number is issued, but we’ll gladly help you file a carrier claim or trace your order if needed.

International Customers

Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
We cannot mark packages as “gifts” to bypass regulations.
