Every Hall & Sand creation is handcrafted, charged, and aligned with intention. Because of the personal and energetic nature of our work, all sales are final once purchased.

We honor the time and care that go into each item and reading, but we also want every experience to feel fair and supported.

Physical Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hallandsandspiritualfoundation@gmail.com.
Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief note. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Natural variations in color or texture (every piece is unique)

• Items exposed to water, wear, or misuse after delivery

Digital & Reading Services

Because readings, astrology charts, and numerology reports are individually created, digital and spiritual services are non-refundable once delivered.
If you experience a delivery issue (like a missing email or broken link), we’ll gladly resend your file at no cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if production or reading work has not yet begun.
After that window, creation has already started and refunds are not possible.
